Either way im looking forward to this title and it sounds good from the preview... even if the bloke has no idea.
Just my opinion. It just seemed very generic and dull. But saying that i know plenty of people who liked it but then lots agreed with me. I will try the new one though as it is looking like a big improvement.
considering the last GTA took a longer to sell ten million than this with a higher user base i fail to see how this is a flop.
I used to love jrpgs but since playing Mass Effect they all seem a bit old fashioned now. This looks ok but nowhere near Mass Effects models.
Looks good graphically now. I just hope they can up the gameplay now as the first one was garbage.
The guardian like all newspapers has no idea when it comes to games. Most of there reviews are done by cookery or news reporters reading the blub off the box.
Peter jacksons is one, halo wars is another followed by bungies new rumoured squad one and the next gen one by gearbox. Theres your four by my reckoning.
They said it was multiformat ages ago. There was no chance it was going to be exclusive. Where have you people been?
Yeah im very surprised by the Ps3 sales in Japan, i expect the 360 to do poorly ( this week sales are great though) but the Ps3 really should be pushing more units by now. What on earth has happened to Japan? they used to be the gaming mecca now there lagging behind in software development ( few notable exceptions of course)and buying wii games?

I thought the graphics were fine but the story needed work. The enviroments didn't have the scale of the original Halo either and i missed nicking the banshees ( yeah i know you can still do it but not to the same extent as Halo1).
Single player campagin seemed to have been overlooked in leiu of multiplayer.
I still think Halo1 is the best fps( and ive played the majority of em) made and i much prefer it over 1 and 2. The sequels seem to be all about the multiplayer.
I have a 360 and a ps3 and have seem much better on both so it has nothing to do with owning a 360, its just graphically not that good. Gameplay was ok though.

Yeah that make more money now than they would if they did there own. Isnt going to happen.
It takes billions to launch a new console and with money made off games not hardware there seems little point for EA to do such a thing.
This is European numbers. The usa and japanese ones are seperate.
A single player expansion for Halo3 please.. and Alan Wake / Forza3 and a new ghost recon would be nice.
